What to expect

...at our school

We want you to feel at ease when coming to class, so here are a few things to get you prepared.

 

 

...with hot yoga

You will sweat a lot! This is normal and in fact good for you as it helps to flush out the toxins in your body.

Come to class hydrated - drink plenty of water during the day and/or try drinking a litre of water 1-3 hours before class.

After class, drink a litre of water over the next hour. If you feel a little low on energy after a class, try a good energy drink to replace your body salts, or have a sugar lolly (or similar) if your blood sugar is low.

 

What to bring:

A towel, a yoga mat, water bottle (if you want to drink during class). You might want to bring a change of clothing.
